General Terms & Conditions
- Quotations are given for coach and driver only and are valid for 14 days.
- It is the clients responsibility to ensure that all information is correct at the time of booking such as dates, times, locations etc.
- Confirmation of a booking is normally made in advance writing between Atlantic Coach Hire and the client.
- Any deposit requested must be paid in order to secure the booking, and the balance must be made 14 days before the start of the hire unless otherwise agreed by the company.
- Any additional times or mileage to your journey will incur additional costs
- A cancellations made by a client may incur a cancellation charge.
- The client cannot assume the use of the vehicle between outward and return journeys, nor that it will remain at the destination for the hirer’s use unless this has been agreed with the company in advance.
- Atlantic Coach Hire Ltd operates a No Alcohol and No Smoking or Vaping policy on our coach.
- Atlantic Coach Hire operates a Zero Tolerance to Abuse. Unruly behaviour, violence or intimidation towards drivers or other passengers will not be tolerated and passengers will be asked to leave the coach. We will contact the Police or Garda.
- Atlantic Coach Hire accept no liability for loss or damage of personal property.
