Terms & Conditions

As with all businesses, we have terms and conditions and a company code of conduct to which we must adhere, following the rules and regulations set by the DOENI for road transport, as is standard for all bus and coach companies. Please see our terms below:

  • All concert travel dates, times, and pick-up points are stated on our website and Facebook page.

  • All concert pick-up times are stated at the time of booking; however, passengers are advised to check the website and Facebook page before travel in case of any changes.

  • All bookings to concerts must be pre-booked and paid for in advance. Bookings are non-refundable unless the concert is cancelled.

  • The price is for coach travel only and does not include entry to the concert or event.

  • Bookings should be made through the website unless otherwise stated.

  • Concert bus services are subject to a minimum of 10 passengers. If this number is not met, the service may not go ahead.

  • Private bookings to concerts are welcome. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due two weeks before the day of travel.

  • Comfort breaks are provided en route.

  • Atlantic Coach Hire Ltd operates a no alcohol policy on all its coach services, in line with DOE law in Northern Ireland. Passengers who bring alcohol will have it stored in the luggage compartment at their own risk.

  • Strictly no smoking or vaping on the coach.

  • Atlantic Coach Hire operates a zero tolerance policy towards abuse. Unruly behaviour, violence, or intimidation towards drivers or other passengers will not be tolerated. Offending passengers will be asked to leave the coach, and the Police or Gardaí will be contacted if necessary.

  • Passengers are required to return to the coach no more than 30 minutes after a concert ends. All reasonable efforts will be made by the driver, but it is ultimately the passenger’s responsibility to return on time. Please ensure we have a correct mobile contact number for you or a member of your group, and that the phone is switched on.

  • All travel is subject to possible delays, including traffic, road closures, weather, etc. These are outside of our control. We strive to ensure timely travel, but reserve the right to delays of up to 90 minutes without prejudice.

  • Atlantic Coach Hire accepts no liability for the loss or damage of personal property.
